Not Your Mom’s Barbie began as a showcase for my demented photographic narratives containing Barbie dolls in scenes that were nothing like what your mother could (or would) image. After a few years of creating art in different mediums and realizing that I incorporate my likeness in much of that work, I decided that Not Your Mom’s Barbie would be home for all of my art, not just my Barbie photographs.
